Kim Hock Guan Kiat Kee Barbecue Meat was established in 1986 by Mr Henry Lim at Blk 102 Yishun Ave 5 in Chong Pang City.

From a young age, Mr Lim learned the art of making Bak Kwa from his grandfather, Mr Lim Chwee Guan, who founded the original Kim Hock Guan at 70 Rochor Road.
